Healthy Minds

Church can be a sanctuary for many, offering a safe space where individuals can openly talk about their struggles and find comfort. In a world filled with anxiety and uncertainty, the teachings and community within the church can provide profound peace and hope.  We are hosting an interactive discussion that will provide the tools and resources you need to find peace in an anxious world.  Main Speaker is Joe Padillo from Grace Alliance.  Refreshments provided.

Starts in G100 (Family Theater) before moving into workshops.  Room can get chilly, you may wish to bring a light jacket.
